摘要:以津优一号黄瓜为试验材料,研究沼渣与牛粪配比对黄瓜产量、品质及土壤肥力的影响。结果表明,用适当比例的沼渣代替基肥中的复合肥,植株的各项生长指标及产量均明显优于单一施用复合肥;土壤中过氧化酶、蔗糖酶、多酚氧化酶及磷酸酶的活性化有显著提高;可促进黄瓜的生长,提高黄瓜的品质,有效改善土壤肥力与理化性状。 关键词:沼渣;黄瓜;土壤肥力 中图分类号:S634 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0439-8114(2014)21-5139-03 DOI:10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2014.21.021 Amount and Effect of Biogas Residue in Field WU Zhi-feng1,YANG Chun1,ZHANG Yan-li2,DUO Yin-hai3 (1. Ltd, Hengshui 053700,Hebei,China) Abstract: Jinyou No. 1 cucumbers was used to study on the effect of different ratios of biogas residue and cattle manure on yield, quality and soil fertility. The results showed that proper ratio of biogas residue in base fertilizer improved growing index and yield of the plant, better than the single application of compound fertilizer. Adding different proportions of biogas residue in base fertilizer, the activity of peroxidase, sucrase, polyphenol oxidase and phosphatase was significantly improved. Replacing compound fertilizer with a certain proportion of biogas residue promoted the growth of cucumber, enhanced its quality and improved soil fertility and physicochemical properties. Key words: biogas residue; cucumber; soil fertility 近年来,沼气产业的迅猛发展为我国节能减排提供了巨大支持,但其发酵残留给周边环境带来了新的压力。由于生产沼气的原料不同,沼气池产出的沼渣、沼液所含的氮、磷、钾、氨基酸、生长素、赤霉素、单糖、维生素、铁、铜、锌及锰等含量也各不相同[1]。为消纳沼渣盲目给田间施肥,将会给田间生产带来不良影响,也会污染土壤和水质。本研究从农学和环境角度出发研究沼渣与沼液在黄瓜种植上的合理用量,以减少化肥的投入,为黄瓜种植利用沼渣与沼液提供理论参考[2]。 1 材料与方法 1.1 供试材料 田间试验于2014年1月至6月在河北省阜城黄瓜大棚中进行,供试黄瓜为津优一号,试验沼渣来自于衡水昊远奶牛养殖有限公司,以奶牛粪污为原材料的400 m3的大型厌氧沼气工程。 1.2 测试方法 |
